House rules

These rules aim to define the access, use and safety conditions of the family park, including its various play areas as well as its green spaces, in order to guarantee the safety, respect and well-being of all visitors.

• The park is open to the public during the hours posted at the entrance.
• An entrance fee is required for accompanying persons.
• Access is conditional on compliance with these rules.
• Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Access may be limited or denied in the event of unfavorable weather conditions or for safety reasons.

• Children remain under the exclusive supervision and responsibility of their parents or chaperones.
• Park management declines any responsibility for accidents resulting from non-compliance with the rules or inappropriate use of the facilities.
• Personal belongings remain under the responsibility of their owner.

• Play structures are reserved for children within the indicated age ranges.
• Each activity or play area has its own specific rules, which must be consulted and respected before any use.
• It is prohibited to:
  • push, jostle or adopt dangerous behavior,
  • use equipment in a non-compliant way,
  • climb areas not intended for that purpose.
• Shoes, clothing and accessories must be suitable for the activities.

Green spaces must be respected:

• do not pick plants or tear off flowers,
• do not damage landscape features,
• do not walk in restricted zones.

• Any food or drink brought from outside the park is strictly prohibited.
• Only items purchased on-site are allowed.

• Use the trash bins provided.
• Do not throw waste on the ground.
• Restroom facilities must be left clean.

• Unfortunately, our animal friends are not allowed inside the park for hygiene reasons.
• However, this prohibition does not apply to guide or assistance dogs accompanying people with disabilities, in accordance with applicable regulations.

It is prohibited to:

• smoke or vape inside the park,
• bring alcohol or hazardous substances,
• use dangerous objects,
• access private areas and staff-only spaces, strictly off-limits to the public.

In the event of an incident or accident, notify the staff immediately.

• Respect for other visitors is mandatory.
• Any form of violence, insult or inappropriate behavior is prohibited.
• Noise levels must remain reasonable to preserve the tranquility of the site.

• To ensure the organization and safety of services provided by the park, particularly park-organized birthdays, any private, festive or group event organized by visitors is strictly prohibited.
• Consequently, no celebration, organized gathering or outside entertainment may be set up freely inside the park.
• Furthermore, any commercial, professional, promotional or for-profit activity by third parties (sales, service delivery, independent entertainment, canvassing, etc.) is strictly prohibited on the premises, except with express authorization from the operator.

• Any intentional or accidental damage to equipment or green spaces must be reported.
• Those responsible must repair or compensate for the damage caused.

• Park staff are responsible for enforcing these rules.
• In the event of non-compliance, park access may be temporarily or permanently denied, without refund of the entrance fee.

Entering the park implies full acceptance of these rules.
