A few simple rules so everyone has a blast in safety.

  • One person per trampoline — respect for others first
  • Non-slip socks in the Jump zone (on sale at reception)
  • Comfortable clothing: joggers, t-shirt, leggings
  • Listen to the staff and follow the safety briefing

  • Photos allowed at reception and during breaks
  • Urban Food restaurant available on-site

For everyone's safety, these rules are strict.

  • Pregnant women — Jump area not permitted (safety)
  • Weight above 130 kg per user
  • Shoes, chewing gum, food in play zones
  • Jewelry, glasses, sharp objects (use a locker)
  • Multiple people on the same trampoline
  • Flips/backflips outside the Air-Bag zone
  • Alcohol and drugs prohibited on-site

The questions we get asked the most.

Do I need to book before coming?
No booking — the park operates on a walk-in basis only. Just come during opening hours.
What's the minimum age to play?
The park is open from 2 years old. A safe area is dedicated to toddlers (Little Jump). The mini adventure course is accessible from 2 years old with an adult. All areas are open from 6 years old.
Is there a maximum age or weight limit?
No maximum age, adults are welcome in all zones. Max weight is 130 kg per user to meet trampoline safety standards.
Are non-slip socks really required?
Yes, they are required for the entire Jump zone. We sell them at reception; they are reusable for future visits. Keep them safe for next time.
Can I eat on-site?
Yes, our Urban Food restaurant serves pizzas, burgers, tacos, waffles, milkshakes and non-alcoholic cocktails. See the full menu.
Can I book a birthday party?
Yes, we offer several birthday packages with a private room, dedicated staff, cake and free invitations. Check all packages on the Birthdays page.
Can pregnant women come?
No, the Jump zone is not permitted for pregnant women for safety reasons. They can of course accompany their children and enjoy the Urban Food restaurant.
Is the site wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the park is wheelchair accessible (reception, restaurant, restrooms). The jump zones remain subject to the physical requirements of the activity.
Can I take photos and videos?
Yes, at reception and during breaks. Not permitted in active zones to avoid accidents (dropped phone, distraction). Store your phone in the free locker.

How can I pay on-site?
We accept cash and credit card at reception.

How long is a session?
Jump sessions last 1 hour. Combo passes and 5+5 packs let you come back over several sessions. See the Pricing page for details.
